After the breach and the rotation, we cut leftover access and prove it bounced. By using LingerCut you agree to use it only as a defensive Residual Trust Assurance tool. This is a concise product terms summary, not a claim of certifications you have not obtained.
Who you are contracting with
These terms are offered by Ugochukwu Solomon Eneh / LingerCut (founder Ugochukwu Solomon Eneh). We have not appointed an EU Article 27 representative and do not claim GDPR certification.
Defensive use only
You may use LingerCut to inventory, cut, and prove absence of leftover trust on systems and tenants you are authorized to administer. You must not use LingerCut to attack, probe, or access accounts, APIs, or credentials without authorization.
Who authorizes cuts
Operators you designate authorize cut actions. When dual-control is enabled, high-risk or machine cuts may require a second operator. You are responsible for operator selection, password hygiene, and change-management policy. LingerCut does not replace your legal or compliance obligations.
Kill receipts and proof
A valid kill receipt means LingerCut’s configured probe observed failed replay (or the designed absence check) for that cut path. Receipt signatures (when configured) attest integrity of receipt bytes LingerCut produced. They do not certify that a third-party vendor was honest, that your org is “clean,” or that no other leftovers exist.
No warranty; no certification theater
The software is provided as-is for evaluation and authorized operations. We do not claim SOC 2, ISO, FedRAMP, or similar attestations on this page. Demo rows are illustrative. Live connectors depend on credentials and permissions you supply.
Sovereign vs SaaS
Public SaaS evaluation and customer-controlled (sovereign) deploy are both product paths. Critical-infrastructure operators should prefer deployments and data planes they control. See product docs in the repository for deploy choices.
